We all remember Hurricane Chris. He burst onto the rap scene in 2007 with several songs that sucked, most notably the smash single A Bay Bay. Remember A Bay Bay?? It went like this: “A Bay Bay, A Bay Bay, A Bay Bay, A Bay Bay, A Bay Bay, A Bay Bay…”
You get the point. Well Hurricane Chris is back in 2009 with a smash new single called Halle Barre (She’s Fine), and the good people of the Louisiana House Chamber decided to honor Chris and his song on the House floor a few weeks ago. The event was filmed for all of our amusement. Enjoy.
